Designer vintage sleeveless dress with inverted V seam at front and box jacket sewing pattern from around 1966. Butterick 3494. Size 16 (36" bust).

  • The instructions are complete.

  • All pattern pieces are complete, except for the jacket back facing which is missing but could be easily re-created.

  • Single-sized, unprinted pattern, size 16 (36" bust, 28" waist, 38" hip). 

  • "Jean Muir for Jane & Jane - Dress & Jacket: Semi-fitted, slightly A-line, sleeveless dress with inverted V-seaming in front. Collarless, cutaway box jacket with contrast or self cord tie and trim at neckline and on bracelet length gathered sleeves. Crescent shaped pockets."
