Shipping policy

All of our patterns are posted from New Zealand via NZ Post, using the most cost effective method. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Tracking is not normally available, but if you would like to know how much it would be to add this, please contact us.

If your order includes multiple patterns and a lower shipping rate applies, we'll automatically refund the difference to your original payment method.

Any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Kwirky Kiwi Patterns is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
