Vintage dress with flared skirt sewing pattern from 1972. Simplicity 9849. Size 18 (40" bust).

• The pattern pieces are complete EXCEPT FOR the Peter Pan collar piece, which is missing.

• Single-sized, printed pattern, size 18 (40" bust, 31" waist, 42" hip).

• "Misses' Dress: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart ... ("How to Join Skirt to Bodice"). The dress with flared skirt stitched to bodice at waistline seam has set-in sleeves and back zipper. V. 1 with contrasting "Peter Pan" collar has short sleeves with contrasting cuffs, self fabric belt and may be worn with purchased flower. Top-stitched V. 2 with self fabric ruffle and embroidered eyelet edging ruffle has purchased belt, long sleeves gathered to contrasting buttoned cuffs, contrasting stand-up collar and button trimmed front band."
