Vintage shirtwaist dress with turned back cuffs in proportioned sizes sewing pattern from 1961. Simplicity 3754. Size 12 (32" bust).

• All pattern pieces and instructions are complete. 

• The pattern pieces are still in the factory folds so I haven't unfolded them as I'll never be able to get them folded back up so neatly! I have no reason to believe any pattern pieces would be missing.

• Single-sized, printed pattern, size 12 (32" bust, 25" waist, 34" hip). 

• "Misses' One-Piece Dress in Proportioned Sizes: Bodice is gathered at waistline and has pointed collar, patch pocket and front button closing. Below-elbow-length set-in sleeves may be turned back to form cuffs. Dress has left side zipper closing, self fabric or purchased belt and slim skirt with gathers at side front waistline and back kick pleat. Top-stitching trim is optional."
